I always thought it was a bit vague (and not nearly prominent enough) that you could remove an SMF mod, or you could remove it and have it do house-keeping/clean-up at the same time with the tickbox.

It's no extra clicks, but it should hopefully be clearer...

Here's the (mostly) current state of play of the add-on manager.

I have altered it very slightly since this picture was taken, namely that the enable buttons actually line up now, as opposed to being misaligned as they are in this picture, but that's not really a big deal.

So, here's what I've got so far for the new add-on manager. It doesn't look much because it's still very much WIP, but as you can see, it does have some interesting ideas.
