This is a WIP screenshot, it won't be quite as inelegant as this for real (noticeably, permission names will be properly used and I won't throw regexes at the user unless it actually IS a regex rather than a constructed one)

Now here is the list of hooks categorised by hook. As you can see in the bottom category, test_hook, which is an arbitrary hook, no remove box appears. The chance of this changing is quite small, even though it's a glitch.
