It's the proper description for this feature. English is so beautiful when it comes to shortness ;)

'Klicken um Sichtbarkeit zu ändern' (Would be short but sounds a bit uncommon)
'Klicken um Einstellungen zu ändern' (User does not know which settings, but could be a compromise)
'Klicken um Privatsphäre-Einstellungen zu ändern.' (Longer but more specific)
'Privacy-Einstellungen ändern' (Would be short but the click thing is not generally used in wedge, therefore a description is missing

Aaand perhaps we should move the discussion to Language revs

  • Updated english-uk folder to use the new language replacement system. This allows me to get rid of 23 files, and keep it to the absolute minimum number of required files (Who and index.) (english-uk/*)

  • Removing Flash player color settings... These options are best set through skin overrides. Although it's the kind of thing most admins won't be able to do, I also don't think this should be done if you don't take into consideration the current skin, so all in all... It's best removed. Note that I have yet to commit the removal to the main repo, so for now please don't update your language repos. (ManageMedia.*.php)
