I know, we discussed that (I remember saying I had similar problems), but it's a joke topic, can't you climb on the bandwagon? :P
Oh well, I guess I could lock this topic...

It's widely known that many teamies are a bunch of BS dispenser. Anyways, my "teamie" position is not going to last for long because I don't have the time/patience/mood to put up with other moderators bullshit.

Have you seen that (Ha)² idiot running around? What a disgrace he was while he was on the team. Terrible taste in names, too...
That's a vicious sense of humour there ;)

I wouldn't say 'many' of the teamies are BS merchants, but the fragrance of bovine fecalation is much higher than elsewhere.

Come on, I read stuff... some people actually sell out to one side or the other. Seriously, since when someone has to decide which "master" they have to "obey"?

Contrary to what it may have seemed like, not everyone is politically motivated and not everyone is 'aligned' with the BS. Some people just do what they look like they're doing: offering support etc.

Yup, there are indeed plenty of idiots out there. For the record, I studied the period between the two world wars, so I'm familiar with what else happened, not just the war itself - the fact that Hitler rebuilt the economy of the nation, strengthened its spirit and turned it around from a broken and bankrupt nation into a power strong enough to contemplate being able to take on the world, there's gotta be some respect there - if only the cost hadn't been so violent and, well, costly.

Yeah... It's always easy to put the blame on this or that[1]. There are so many elements that have to be taken into account. The problem is that these elements are still there nowadays, with different actors but with identical stakes. Let's just hope that the advent of high tech helps prevent similar conflicts, rather than precipitate them...
 1. I'd recommend watching The Lives of Others, one of the best German movies I can think of. It's set during the 80s in the GDR, but it could be rewritten as a movie during wartime Germany, or even during the McCarthy era in the US...
