Actually, now that I look at it, what does aeva_timeformat() do that the conventional on_timeformat() doesn't?

Also, it might be language cache related, since setlocale is set by the language loader :/ Can reproduce locally as well, so I'll work on it.

This should be fixed in the latest SVN revision (since it was all interrelated)

Question does stand though: what does aeva_timeformat() do that the core timeformat functions don't?

What does aeva_timeformat() do that the main timeformat does not? At a glance they look similar. (This is the sort of thing I meant when I said about refactoring Aeva)
