I was just wondering... what are the plans or ideas for Wedge's mobile version (if any)?

There is already a mobile version built in.

We have talked about making a more modern mobile version, and Dragooon has a very nice theme for smartphones that he may decide to add to Wedge's core, but that's totally up to him whether he will or not.

Never liked "it"? Which "it"? SMF has 3 mobile modes, we've removed WAP1 and iMode, leaving only WAP2 available.

...It should also be pointed that Wedge's default theme is optimized for any kinds of resolutions. The sidebar is moved aside on the fly, font size is bigger, things like that. It makes for a pleasant, if not perfect, experience, out of the box.

You're right I forgot SMF has 3.. but truthfully I don't like any of them. The features are limited and there is no effort put towards design at all. Of course, design should be minimal but it shouldn't be nonexistent.

I haven't done the port yet because I'm still working on 1.1(It is taking a lot longer because I've been experimenting a lot with different UI ideas and backend scripts). Although if you wanna help go ahead.

I'd like to wait till SMF4Mobile 1.1 is atleast beta 2-3 before trying it out on Wedge. If you want you can give 1.0 a shot to port.

What about TapaTalk it is neat and I have found since I have been using it on my forum I am having plenty hits and new members registering from it. It has already been done for SMF as well
