You could limit abuse by only allowing (configurable maybe) X amount of reports per x amount of time per user. Maybe make it configurable to the point some groups may have a limit and others not,

Say I could only report 5 posts per day, I am more likely to report real issues then harass a user and by extension moderators.

I say let it die, any time spent improving it could be spent making a bare theme (which your already working on) that would be "faster" for html phones but still be full featured which wap2 is far from being.

Angelina, someone must live near a city/university all of which have have offices for the small business administration, they will help with the paperwork. Between the SMA, any number of online foundations and federations for helping open source projects there is no reason at all that the 501c3 was filed.
