Yeah, I agree with Arantor. It's doesn't look bad per se but the arrow or similar definitely seems slightly more suited or appropriate. Seeing it in live action may help a little.

I don't quite understand?

I'm using Chrome Version 22.0.1229.94 m and Firefox 15.0.1. When I click the 'more' that you guys are talking about, the screens just fades and that's it. No popup box or anything.

And also just out of curiosity I know it displays member names in the order of the number posts made on that topic but how does it choose between two members who've made the equal number of posts on that topic? 'cause I noticed that the member "Antes" was literally the second poster on that thread and yet his name has been pushed into the "more" list. Is it based on a member's overall post count because it can't be alphabetical either as I see the member "Zootalaws" who's made one post himself among the ten displayed members.

Edit: no wait it can't be based on a member's overall post count either. Confused... Random order?

Off-topic / Re: The Dark Knight Rises

In terms of the movie-verse between Marvel and DC, Marvel is way ahead but that's only because besides Nolan's Batman triology everything else has been rubbish. I had a fair amount of expectation for Green Lantern but that totally went down the drain. But as far as the animated cartoons go, Nao is right - hands down DC that's doing a far greater job. They put a lot of detail into their cartoons (story-wise) unlike Marvel's which I find slightly tacky. If you compare the shows Marvel's Avengers: The Earth's Mightiest Heroes and DC's Young Justice you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.
Seriously though Man of Steel better not suck because all my hope is on that one reason being Nolan is a producer and Zack Snyder himself is a pretty wicked director.

Smallville was not all that bad if you followed the show properly like I did. Granted it was inconsistent but it definitely had potential.

Off-topic / Re: Meaning of usernames
« on October 12th, 2012, 01:13 AM »
I was always very curious to know how Nao came about with that username. I thought it was french. lol while we're at it, Nao may I ask you how is it that you speak English and French so fluently?
If you're a gamer you'd know that the origin of my username is from the video game Hitman: Codename 47.  More than the game itself, it was the main character's persona that really caught my attention. Someone with a dark past, who trusts no one and will do anything to get the job done.
However initially every time I tried signing up someplace I tried going with "Batman" or "Dark Knight" but I'd always be prompted by a message that said: "That username has already been taken" so I gave up and stuck with this.

I edited my post. It has something to do with the theme Wuthering. Oh and it's not just gallery images but external images too.

I'm not a regular here at Wedge although I try to be so I don't know if this has already been talked about but I thought I'd mention it anyway. As the screen below shows, large embedded images seem to jut-out of post area.

Tested on: Chrome & Firefox.
Assumption: This may have something to do with the theme Wuthering

Brilliant movie but I thought the pacing was slightly off plus I thought they could have done a better job with Bane's voice because at some instances of the movie, he sounded quite funny and you could actually hear the people at the theater laughing during his serious speeches.
Cracker ending I must say! I'm disappointed that the movie didn't do aswell as it should've due to the whole shooting incident, it really deserved a better start. I really hope it can at least make it to the number 5 spot of this list

Bane: Oh, you think darkness is your ally. But you merely adopted the dark; I was born in it, moulded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but BLINDING!

That logo is too busy for my taste :P

Okay, I've uploaded the latest concept to the homepage and, to my own surprise, it seems to work well... (I'm using the Wine skin, though. Maybe it helps.)
How come I don't notice it? It should be on the header, correct?

Okay you know what, the font may have played a small part in my vote because Weaving somehow seems to feel better than when I previously used it. Did you make any changes to the font, Nao ? because I'm not sure since you asked us to do it ourselves using Web Developer.

It has nothing to do with the font, Nao. I agree with most of what spoogs mentioned. The colors complement each other very nicely. I really admire the overall feel of Wuthering particularly that nice shadowy-feel, that's good on the eyes. But I don't dislike Weaving in fact it's my second best from your list of themes. Besides you should know that I have a tendency to not agree with what the majority group agrees with because I don't know....it probably makes me feel unique, different.... I don't know... so for that reason I don't know if my vote/opinion deserves to be valid.

Archived fixes / 'Home' button bug
« on April 13th, 2012, 11:24 PM »
I just noticed a bug with the "Home" button. Say for an instance you are on the "Search" page and you click on the "Home" button it brings you back to the "Search" page. If you are on the "Media" page and you click on the "Home" button, it brings you back to the "Media" page.  Basically the "Home" button isn't functioning as it should. Issue persists on both browsers, Chrome and Firefox.
Just thought I should report this.
