Does the reagreement appear always when the admin change the terms of use or it's a choice in the admin panel to have this reagreement when there's a change?
Because on some countries it's needed just the acknowledgement of the changes, users have a given time to choose if accept the new terms (just by remaining signed) or terminating the contract deregistering.

Indeed the problem is that devs haven't got the power. Actually on free projects I'm sure the only way to manage power is to give it to devs. Different is on a company or a paid project. Devs are paid and they need to do determinate things, if not they're fired. So on free project there's no other way than devs at power.

Uhm, could be a nice idea.. problem is: if you have good users it's useful because they'd do a part of the moderation for you; but if you have noob users or not so good users it can result in a lot of new topics without much reasons. I'd suggest to set permissions to admin and mod by default (then can be added to other groups by the admin of course).

Seems great! :) But what happens when there's an upgrade (with new language strings or some existing updated) and the admin modified some lang strings? Will the system replace the edits of the admin with the new updated strings or leave the edits and just update the other strings not touched by the admin?

« on February 15th, 2013, 04:36 PM »No, it's not an encoding problem. It simply means that those characters are not available in the font Windows is using for tooltips. There's no way around it without rolling your own tooltips in HTML.
