Uhm, this is strange. I tried to notify Arantor, so I typed @ Aran (of course without the space) but Chrome throwed the popups attached, every time with a different number.
To reproduce: type @ Aran (without space) then close the first popup, press ESC and a new popup with a different number should appear, close it and press ESC again ...

I think the most simple UI for groups would be the deny permissions + the ability to set per users exceptions (listed somewhere under the groups perms, maybe with a limit of X exceptions the admin can add.

Shouldn't Opera go with WebKit soon? Its share is already ridiculous, when the browser engine will change this wont be a problem anymore.

It needs to be removed IMO. Every OS/browser natively supports spell checking, so it's not needed and adds extra space :)
