Well, congratulations are in order, I guess! Well done on this milestone.
Were all thoughts imported, by the way? I'm seeing a lot less of them than yesterday.

Why not give the community menu a speech bubble instead?

« on March 8th, 2012, 11:46 PM »We sure could... Actually I thought it already had this "click img" system...? Wasn't it in theme.js or somewhere?
Replacing it with Zoomedia sounds like a good idea to me.

SFTP is quite nice though, isn't it? Assuming we're talking SSH-FTP here. The only problem with it is that most shared webhosts don't offer SSH and thus no SSH-FTP, heh.

Looking at the screenshot... what about alternating background colours between options? Given the right colours, that might just have the aesthetically pleasing effect you're looking for.

You could also reword it to "Hide users' signatures" if you don't want to touch existing code much, if course.

« on February 16th, 2012, 12:34 AM »- contacts table (still unsure whether 'contacts' is the right term to replace the awful 'buddies'. I still like 'friends' better, but if we want it to be usable by work colleagues and family etc, it should be a more generic term I think.)
- would like to know the current 'official' positions of everyone on contact lists -- is it okay to use a contacts table, or should we ditch the whole concept of contacts, and instead allow everyone to create their own private/public membergroups?

« on February 9th, 2012, 09:53 PM »* The musical chairs commit. $theme (a local variable) becomes $th, while $settings becomes $theme and $modSettings is renamed to $settings. This is because $modSettings never made sense, as it didn't represent "modification settings", but instead Wedge/SMF's general settings. (207 files, not gonna list any. Pretty much all PHP files in Wedge.)
(Yes, Core Features is NOW GONE FROM SVN :D And note that this is still a WIP so things can and will change.)

I wondered the same thing when I read it here today. It confused me at first, because I don't watch The Big Bang Theory. Then it occurred to me ... I had seen the clip over at Blogtor Who. :P

Well, yesterday was New Year's Day ...
Speaking for myself, January is a crazy month in terms of deadlines and exams. Priorities, heh ...

The Pub / Re: Logo Madness
« on December 25th, 2011, 11:21 PM »To anyone who voted-- is it mainly because of the color, or because of the shape? Just curious...!

It's kinda nice (the top one, obviously), I think it'd be my favourite alternative out of the available ones.

Thought it was quite lovely, had a few great lines in it... This one comes to mind:
(click to show/hide)
Loved the comic relief halfway and about halfway through, too...

The ending was a nice and very Christmassy touch as well, I think. So yes, as a Christmas special, this one works well, for me! :)
"Do you know the difference between wind and trees talking to eachother?"

The Doctor setting up all sorts of things in the old mansion in a very Willy Wonka-like manner made the episode for me, I think. He even set up quantum wi-fi — only to find out there's no internet in the 1940s, of course. Brilliant!
Also, loved the 'forest harvesting team' with Bill Baily & co. Great comic relief, I think.
