I realized that the PM sent to a person is getting multiplied.

I sent just 2 consecutive PM to someone :eheh: and the person got it 15 times (in total)

The person replied me indicating the number of PM

I replied the person back with fact.

I noticed this (check screenshot): Its been indicating that 2 responses to that particular PM was made whereas I sent just one response.

The person received it 5 times :niark: :niark:

Definitely that person might have got annoyed over this, no doubt.

OMG, something is wrong here which needs correction. :cool:

Yeah, I'll investigate this one. It's gotta be related to the sending of drafts along the way.

Didn't I mention this bug yesterday in the list of bugs I compiled got you and I to look into? ;)and yeah, drafts were my first idea. Because I could literally see pms getting written ;)

OK, this is weird, I actually can't reproduce it locally, not at all. As far as I know I've reproduced all the circumstances that should trigger it :/

I don't think those make a difference to be honest.

The only way I can see it happening is if there's some kind of issue and it thinks that the draft didn't get saved when it actually did; if the auto save PM function returns false for any reason, it's going to continue back in normal execution. But I don't know why it would return false.

I think I fixed this in r1482, but I won't know for sure until we try it here.

I'll install the update tomorrow. Tonight was movie night... Well, Dae Jang Geum #48 night really. I've ne'er seen a cheap show so fascinating and rewarding. Heck it's better than 95% of all AAA US shows.

I've never had any problems with post drafts, it was only PM drafts that were being sent instead of being saved. Hopefully that should no longer be a problem :)
