I always wondered: what's doing the user whom in Users Online is reported as "Unknown Action"?

It's an action that is unknown to the system for whatever reason. Admins can see more details, though.

Uhm, so it could be possible to add more $context(s) to be more specific and reduce the "Unknown Action" occurrences?

Sure. Usually if there is, it's a plugin that isn't entirely being well behaved.

I don't know how Who's Online works so I keep forgetting about it...plus I count it as finishing touches so don't point at me :P

Notification isn't the only action that needs fixing ;)

I also found a related bug in it that I need to explore.
