Off-topic / Re: Windows 7 runs fine on my laptop obsolete

By stock, do you mean sp0 or sp2/3? The former, not really, but the latter, yes, faster, for some functions. It's more noticeable on older machines. Also XP on AMD iis a touch slower than on Intel, but you won't notice without benchmarks.
The only question remaining is where Win 8 lies in the speed and performance area. My guess is slower than 7, but a bit quicker than XP.

Yes, 7 is faster than XP on slower machines. That was true even for beta builds.

Got it down to 10KB minified and gzipped :^^;:
Rewrote its shortcodes, also added that if a date was manually entered, update the widget.

Yeah... seems like whenever I find a good plugin I end up throwing it away because of the code :(

I actually spent more time fighting the jq-ui widget than I did writing the first draft of the plugin. :P

My svn update script updates the rev in the footer. You have a copy of it.

Plugins / [Plugin Screenshots] To Do List

Lately I have been working on a plugin[1] that allows you to create list items of things to do. Think of an electronic grocery list. That's what this is.
Isn't finished, though. I have plenty of ideas for this plugin. Limiting visibility to certain groups is one of hem.
The calendar widget is from jQuery UI's Date picker widget, modified to fit this application.

« on March 27th, 2012, 11:18 AM »Perhaps I could simply show 'Report to moderator' only if 'Issue warning' isn't available... That would make a LOT of sense actually

In order for add_plugin_js_file() to honor the site gzip and filename obfuscation settings, it needs to pull $settings into scope.

As other posts around here may indicate, Wedge is NOT ready for prime time at all, far from it. There are bugs to squash, features to finish.
