I've seen the message since alpha 1.1, live. No errors show up although parts of the gallery are closed to Guests. Maybe that's it. :)

I know to write a mod or any software to explain exactly what a bot is doing at any given time would bloat it beyond belief but I always chuckle when I see this message from Aeva v1.4b when the Google deep crawler is lurking in my gallery...

We have a great US series here in the UK called Monk starring Tony Shaloub but BBC2 show it as and when. I wish Channel 5 had it despite the commercials as at least they treat series with respect.
I can't remember seeing Pretenders but will keep a lookout.

In that same package area ... and installed packages tabs ... installed seems to just be a subset of whats in browse so I'm not sure why its there, I'm sure there is a reason but its not obvious to me.
