The email address is always the biggest issue as you need to advise people of the new one and you always seem to miss some of those importing ones :whistle:

That does suck especially when you have all your stuff sorted out with them. The one host that really sucked for me was 1&1 http://order.1and1.com/

Looking through all these logos has made me all wedged out so I really don't think much more that I could offer would make an impact to all of this. I just don't seem to feel this one so working on it would most likely be a wast of all our time. >:(

I think it is a lot about making it work that will work for the forum owner and end user and if you can make a few bucks out of it why not. After all development on anything at the end of it needs to be paid for. You can only do so much without making any money out of it

« on August 30th, 2011, 06:30 AM »If it wouldn't cause me to have serious frustration I'd build a similar app for Wedge and distribute it, so that forum admins could (like vB owners) create an app just for their forum, branded how they want.
@DirtRider: paid for spamming

We already have the awesome Dragooon's implementation!
Tapatalk needs to be purchased by the member the forum side is free and I was not really into installing it but more and more members started asking for it so I installed it. I purchased the smart phone software and to be honest I rather use Opera Mini for my forums that I do visit. BUT hey from an admin side and forum owner side it works great for the members and they love it :eheh:

I am now using vBulletin and the Groups are cool but I must say they are not a huge member puller as such. On most of the vBulletine forums I find then popping up but they never seem to get very active. The key is to have the ability to have new post and threads show up of those you have subscribed to when doing an Unread search.
