Curious. The variable is getting the session id inserted 3 times. Is this on the password confirmation form?
(And why is it marked as solved?)

Willing, able and approved ;) This is a private alpha, after all.

Note that source files loaded from hooks are also not listed separately - but everything otherwise loaded will be caught by get_included_files() so they *will* be listed.

@ PowerBob: Yup, needs most recent version of MySQL. While 5.0.95 is the latest patch in 5.0, the 'General Availability' release of 5.1 (the 'stable release') was 3 years ago... heck even 5.5 has been General Availability for a year now.
@sokha: There seems to be some kind of bug with the media permissions :(

The only thing about the name is simply that in the Roman calendar, October was the 8th month (Oct prefix) and November was the 9th, nothing to be superstitious about.
Let it out and then take at least a week off. No arguments: at least a week's holiday.

My plans are to fix them when they're done, mostly because the stuff that's broken needs more than minor work to fix it. But I wouldn't be running anything 'private alpha' on a live site personally, so it wouldn't bother me to leave it a little while...
FWIW, I'd be looking to do a private alpha now, then a more public one for Christmas-time (which gives me time to finish up what's going on here and finish all the stuff that *really* needs to be fixed) since no-one should be running private alphas on live sites unless they know exactly what they're doing and are fully aware of the consequences of the things raised.

Are Fox Electronics Technology consumer-level PCs? Doesn't sound like it.
As far as 'twisting' goes, the only twisting appears to be yours because Apple couldn't possibly ever do anything right, could they?

I took it with the only context that was there - the article is explaining how Apple is removing optical drives from their laptops and their desktop boxes (which formerly had such), just like they were the first to drop floppy drives from their boxes as a standard thing.
There is no manufacturer I can think of that has entirely removed optical media from *all* their products going forward and delegated it to external devices for those who really need it. Go on, show me one manufacturer who has done it across the board, not just on a couple of products.
The only 'out of context' is the comparison to Android as though Apple only competes in the mobile market and thus everything is in reference to that...

« on October 30th, 2012, 04:50 PM »Yeah but the article is about Apple being the first to get rid of the optical drive. The author is basically saying they are pioneering but they are not.
but spinning less media PC's have been around for already quite some time even before Android was conceived
We're talking about 17" laptops and 27" all-in-one desktops, not mobile devices! Big boxes that have no normal reason to drop optical media.

I don't see why anyone besides root admin should be able to do so.
On the other hand, in theory the upload could be done via FTP anyway and have PHP handle that connection, but that raises a great many other issues (like avoiding timeouts and the potential contamination via temporary folders)
