So the problem's an underlying SMF one, less than strictly a Wedge one. Encouraging, but not ideal.

SMF (and to a lesser degree Wedge) could use some sprucing up, though, it shouldn't need to take complete page loads to make things happen when you can send it through AJAX. The trick is to not do it with everything but where it would help things flow. And there are places where this would benefit.

I hate to say it, but IPB's user experience is actually smoother, for the most part.

The short version is that XenForo asked the court to throw the case out because they feel there's no case to answer, the judge said no, it's going to a full trial, and the date for that trial - IB lawyers vs XenForo - will be in January sometime.

Your English is better than that of a number of people I know, who are native speakers. And your English is easily better than my French, which is almost non-existent.

And WeCSS won't get autocorrected in a strange way either (or it shouldn't be)

I do see ex paying people coming to SMF, but the biggest influx was when vB 4 first came out and it was a wreck. Most of the people that were going to already did. But when vB 5 emerges, I imagine we'll see an influx again - all the free packages benefited, though I'd note that IPB has also been offering a discount code to people coming from vB 5.
