This is still a bug, where the add dialogue is pushed under the actual note area. Moderation notes would, in hindsight, would be a useful feature to keep.

Suggestion, override #postOptions li's definition for width when in wireless. Push them to not collapse into two columns in that situation.

I'm actually tempted to suggest that all hardcore maintenance should be CLI scripts, like they are in MediaWiki but most small admins won't have that as an option.
