Ah, I see. I wish I knew PHP/MySQL, but alas I do not. I only know HTML/CSS, and Python.
Anyways, if you attach a picture, will it automatically show it in the post as an image, or does something else need to be done? If so, that's an easy way around it. :)
Bugs are always the most annoying things, I have one in my program I'm trying to iron out, but it's escaping me. I'm sure I'll get it working eventually.
Anyways, good luck and I hope it gets ironed out sometime soon! Hope everything in your personal life gets better soon!

What exactly caused it? Do you know? And if so, why was it introduced in Wedge, and wasn't there in SMF? Haha :)

Okay, so I found the problem, don't know what to do to fix it :)
Basically, I uploaded it to tinypic.com, and tried attaching it with the image button above.
It's supposed to do this:

Instead it does this:

10 posts later, I noticed this introduction thread. Heh.
Well, to start off easier, I'm a 16 year old developer in the Python Language (gotta love it's beauty and simplicity). My forum administration career, however, is positively fun to listen to.
I started with joining an InvisionFree forum called "Pivot Palace", a year or two later, I became the lead administrator, and found many other hosted solutions, but none of them worked for me. Then I installed PhpBB for a long time, then found SMF. Loved SMF So much, but after a lot, excuse my language (feel free to bleep it out if it's against the rules), of shit hit the fan, I kinda got worried about the direction that SMF might/would/could take. I went back to PhpBB, checked out SMF when 2.0 went gold, and loved it, used it for a long time, but stayed worried about the direction, went back to PhpBB. I read about Wedge in the about thing of Aeva Media (a standard install for all my forums haha) and checked it out. I gotta say, I am crazy excited!!!! :)

Just wondering, is there going to be a PHPBB importer? I know there is an SMF (for obvious reasons), but what about a PHPBB? I left SMF because I got worried about the direction it was taking.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but something I like:
If dislike *is* implemented (I don't mind either way), a certain amount of dislikes would send an automatic report to the administrator to have it checked out. That would be sweet :) Just popping ideas around! :D

I will definitely instantly switch my site to Wedge from PHPBB asap. Is there a converter from other forums or no? Just wondering :) I used SMF for a long time but got worried about the development of it. When I learned of Wedge... well, let's just say love was in the air XD

I only had to look at the theme to know I would love it. Then I looked at the post screen, fell in love more. Everything about Wedge made me fall in love at first site.
I can not wait to be one of the first to use it on my site.... I will be one happy man that day <3 Thanks for all the hard work Aranator and Nao, it is a beauty to behold. <3
