The thought system is a pretty big deal. Custom profiles, not so much. Losing the blogs would be pretty bad though.

It's pretty meta that's for sure.

I think he means "dislike the like" maybe.

Maybe not.

It seems weird.

Off-topic / Re: PHP IDE for windows

I'm not writing PHP, but I'm writing JavaScript. Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2010 Express is strangely good. Then again, all I need and want is autocompletion, and it seems MVWD does that quite nicely...

I haven't tried with PHP yet, but it's fairly blissful for JavaScript. I promise I won't get dragged into the MS monopoly though, my primary testing platform is Aurora (Firefox) and secondary is Opera.

I just typed out a pretty long rant that might have been offensive and promptly deleted it.

Let's just say I agree with Aranator 178%.

That and for people outside China it's just not a bot that is needed. We have -much- better search engines.

What is this... It does this all the time. Are you toying with my head, or is Baidu very Norodo-happy?

I belong to the kind of person who is different because he doesn't give a shit. I don't want to be individual, I don't want attention, I want to enjoy my life.

That said, I'm a sucker for Helvetica.

IE8 doesn't work thaaat bad. Of course, It's IE... But IE8 makes sites look a lot better than IE6 & 7...
IE 8 is almost fine but this specific site is one where I don't really want/need people with who don't know how to computer. I want the features of IE9/FF4/Safari5/Opera11/Chrome12 and I don't have any reason not to restrict myself to supporting those, I will go for it. ;)

<!--[if lt IE 9]> <p>Hi. It looks like you're using a retarded web browser. If you want to stop being an asshole, either upgrade your browser to Internet Explorer 9 or get another browser like Firefox, Opera or Chrome. If you don't want to do this because you are stupid or at work, kindly be informed that this webpage will look like shit. Have a nice day.</p> <![endif]-->
The frustration of coding, man. I've actually implemented the above in a couple of my websites. It's probably gonna piss a few people off, and some people don't choose to run IE6 but I don't really care x]

Now I'm stuck with the language of Heino.

That was a hyperbole.

I could have said "competition brings progress" or "even enemies gain by discussion" but it would not have the same effect. My point was never that there was a war, but that even the most bitter enemies only lose by limiting their knowledge.
