I could not find Where is ignore boards, topic setting page?

How do I add   Ignore boards and topic ?

Never used that option, but you can ignore Posts under More --> Ignore.

new features to be added?  ignore boards, topic not ready?

Admin.english.php $txt['allow_ignore_topics'] = 'Enable members to ignore topics';
 
Errors.english.php   $txt['ignoreboards_disallowed'] = 'The option to ignore boards has not been enabled.';
