Hi,

How do I hide from the Guest "Thoughts"

thanks
You could set "Allow guests to browse the forum" to false, but then guest also cant see the boards, topics & posts.
@Nao, theres definetly a Permission missing... "View Thoughts" should really be there, sounds like a feature request :D

Just select the 'Members' group in your privacy box... All of your future thoughts will be viewable by members only by default (until you reset it). I think that thought visibility should be up to the author's discretion.
Why would you want to hide all thoughts from all guests, unconditionally..?

I think Gevv's right and before too long the spammers will have worked out that posting a link in a thought is quicker than posting it or adding it to a signature. If guests cannot see thoughts then search engines cannot 'see' them. Guest access to thoughts should be off by default.
