Title: Aeva Sub/sub albums

Ok this forum is very hard to manuever so I apologize if this question is posted in the wrong place but how do I create sub/sub albums for pictures ?

This is for Aeva lite

Aeva Lite has no album facility whatsoever. Only Aeva Media does.

That said, I'm not sure what the problem is, you can create an album as a child of another album (much like you would a board)... failing that, you can create it normally then use the move function to move it under an existing album.

Also, I'm going to move this topic shortly as it's completely irrelevant to Wedge plugins (Aeva is not a plugin, it is an integral part of Wedge)

I don't expect him to read my reply either, but it's just a line and I'm on my desktop, it's not like it's cost me more than 20 seconds of my time ;)

Ok forgive me, no need to chew my head off...I meant Aeva media. Secondly this forum is fairly difficult to navigate and I couldnt find it so I posted again in the other (equally user unfriendly forum).

You said that creating sub/sub albums is fairly easy..however I dont see an option to do it the way I am trying to get it done. For example.
I have thumbnail images for the categories...when you click the thumbnail it should open a page with more thumbnails and different categories.
This is not the case..when you click the thumbnail of the featured album...the images inside show..not thumbnails for new sub albums. Here is an example:

These are the featured album categories:

Lets say I select the category that says ESTATES..so I click it and this is what I SHOULD see, since there are NO child categories or sub albums that should go here:

However...I need sub albums so if I click on any other of the featured albums as illustrated in the first image, then it takes me to a child page that has a new set of thumbnails for different categories and this is where my problem is.

I dont understand how to create child pages with more thumbnails that allow you to to click them to enter the new sub/sub category

That would tend to imply you didn't see the 'unread replies' item in the sidebar. Or turned on notifications when you made the post. Or didn't see the board index... or didn't even just hang around for half an hour seeing what's going on.

I'm often rude and I may smell, although i don't see how it can have an influence over post content, but I didn't say anything rude in this topic...

I'm not the one who asked for support for a mod that is well known to be unsupported, in a completely unrelated forum, and couldn't even wait around half an hour for an answer. I have no idea why you thought here was a place to ask your question, especially in a board discussing plugins that do not work for SMF, that a few minutes of browsing would have told you.

Basically, I'm not really a prick, I'm just not very impressed with you coming here, expecting support when every indication should have been that this isn't the place to use.

Are ad hominem attacks permitted on your site? Your question was answered quickly and precisely even though, as you should know, Aeva Media is no longer a supported modification. The very least you can do is show some respect rather than being typically septic. And that, sir, is good old Cockney.

Damn you are so lucky that I don't have a French girlfriend. Because if I had, I would have punched you in teh face.
