Title: Dealing with content scrapers or thieves

How do you deal with them? It's difficult to prevent them to take your content and pass it as theirs!

I'd like to know that...

Back in the early Interweb days, there weren't as many websites as there are today, and copying content was really frowned upon, because there weren't any 'permissive' licenses for content distribution -- like Wikipedia's stuff. So, whenever someone stole stuff from my site, I would make it public and the community would shun them. I still remember one of the most annoying of those thieves, his nickname was Ikki2, and he's part of the noisen.com community now -- I flamed it so much, when he registered I just remembered the good ol' days of flaming him, and welcomed him :P
