I'll just leave you with this article to ponder over: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/11/22/frank_fisher_creative_class/

Thank you :)
I do find it amusing, in a dark and twisted way, how people seem to think that programming is easy. It's as easy as writing a novel. Anyone can do it, but it takes skill to craft something that's effortlessly usable, hard to misunderstand or get away from, and when those who *do* do it, a large number of people seem to think they can imitate it without realising just how much effort really goes in...

"yes, but what about the previous 30 years of working their balls off 24/7, sacrificing family time etc"

Anything is easy, really, when compared to Direct3D programming. :niark:
I tend to agree with the article, though :P

Yeah, but you didn't put yourself in a situation where you could compromise their identity, did you?
-
I suppose.
And I was joking about the bsod. At least I didn't hear from these :P
