I'd say yes, but the message was sent to people who already know we consider to be jerks or, at best, very misguided honest persons.
To be clearer, just because you're a SMF teamie (or an ex-teamie) doesn't make you an enemy. It's just that we've noticed the amount of lamers was bigger inside the team than outside of it. So basically, you'll never see the SMF team lamers in the Wedge team, just as you'll never see people who endorse the work of lamers.
If you have so much sh* in your sh* that you can't smell the sh* in front of your sh*, we don't want you to sh* your sh* in our own sh*. (Brainy Sh* told me that long ago before I punched him, but he was dead right, come to think of shit. It.)

I wouldn't say 'many' of the teamies are BS merchants, but the fragrance of bovine fecalation is much higher than elsewhere.

Yeah... It's always easy to put the blame on this or that. There are so many elements that have to be taken into account. The problem is that these elements are still there nowadays, with different actors but with identical stakes. Let's just hope that the advent of high tech helps prevent similar conflicts, rather than precipitate them...
