Title: Install skin gone awol

I've deleted all files in my wedge folder and removed all tables from the wedge database. I've downloaded the latest zip of wedge from Github, unzipped and FTP'd the files. I've done this many times.

When I browse to the folder I get this screen:

...where normally it is laid out better.

The installer continues with these skinless (or is it themeless) screens and gives a proper-looking home page of the new forum. However with each visit to the homepage I get these 4 errors;
