Title: Errors when going under Theme Settings

I get these just by navigating to Theme Settings.

Will you PLEASE read other topics before posting your 'errors'..?!

Sorry, I have no time to read all the other post with errors.  I do have time test and report what I find.  If it is a dupe report, just close it.

Well, latest commit removes this theme page anyway. I should have done that in the first place.
