It's 23:04 GMT time now and I took a screen of the users online today and it only shows me even though there are others users currently online.
The only reason I can this is happening is if the server time is being used to calculate a day and it's an hour ahead (daylight saving)?!

Server time is used, the server is set to use France, which is GMT +1.
Also, this is a plugin and not a core feature, so all the rules are a lot different.
