Title: Language strings not being loaded properly in error log

Observed on this site - but I don't understand why.

This is why there are *hundreds* of errors, each time I go to the error log I generate more errors :/

I can't reproduce, very likely this is related to the various changes in the language caching - and it works properly as far as I can ascertain.
