Title: Media Gallery: Comment Preview not working

If you click "Preview" by leaving a comment in gallery the comment will be posted. No preview :)

Hmm maybe we are using a generic editor there?

We are doing something funky with the editor component (it looks reminiscent of the main area), but it still does this, it just submits without actually handling the preview. I don't think it's related to the editor component, though, just $_POST['preview'] is not tested for properly.

Unless someone tells me there IS ACTUALLY a full post page around for media comments, there's nowhere to post previews, and I'd rather just not bother anyway. Fixed in 317f05d by removing the Preview button.
