Title: Users can't order subscriptions

I created a couple of subscriptions and allowed every member group to subscribe.  I actually used the checkbox to select all groups.  Users are not finding how to pay for a subscription in their profiles.  When I go into the user accounts and check Paid Subscriptions, there is a message under every subscription saying:

This user is not in any of the groups permitted to order this subscription.

All member groups are allowed to order, so I think this is a bug.

I found the problem.  After a subscription gets a member, you can not change the member groups allowed in that subscription.  I still think that is a bug.

You could create a new subscription, and move users to it.. Or something?

I'm sure this was done for a reason.
