Never seen one for SMF so I wouldn't know.

But I've to say that this is the best email unsubscribe implementation by Path. :D

Oh, SMF has one but it's... um... not the most helpful. Check out Profile > Notifications if you want to see the full horror.

I like that, it has a sense of humour :)
