Title: Topic Cache Triggers IDM

Hello,

Cache files triggers IDM (Internet Download Manager) and automatically pops download screen. I really don't know its IDM bug or Wedge triggers something but let you know :)

It's your browser. A normal browser would accept the compressed JavaScript and not try to push it to a download manager.

Yep. It's all about whether MIME types are correctly set... Don't worry.
