Title: SMF bug 4940: sending pm to user with quotes in name

How to reproduce;
1) Change your display name to user0 "first" blablabla
2a) Try to send pm to user0 "first" blablabla
2b) Do not use the auto suggest
3) Click send

Not really a bug?
Try to register a new user with quotes.
System throws the following error:
Invalid character used in Username.

Sorry, sometimes read it line by line would help :)
Yes, if you change your display name it's possible to set quotes.
So we should not allow quotes in names.
