You mean-- if you apply privacy through the db?

Create a topic, set privacy to author, login as another user, look in recent posts, still there. It's hidden in message index.

Alright. Because I'm not even started when it comes to applying privacy policies... ;) As you can see, although it works perfectly at noisen.com, we want it to work both efficiently and as fast as possible in Wedge. While efficiency is not a problem in Noisen (nobody ever found my 'hidden' topic), query efficiency probably isn't. But because Noisen has less than a million posts, and far from that really, it's not (yet) a problem there...
