Plugins / Plugin Request - RSS Feed Poster
« on October 20th, 2014, 02:35 PM »
Any of the clever coding breed able to put together a feed poster? It doesn't have to do anything too fancy; just take a feed URL and post the latest item as a new topic in a forum of the admin's choice.

Anyone able to do that? :)

Bug reports / From Order... Chaos
« on July 20th, 2014, 04:01 PM »
Don't know if it's me but reordering forum boards and categories isn't working? I've tried drag n' drop ordering and modifying board details but the order doesn't change.

Bug or no bug?

Plugin Support / Flitter update
« on June 30th, 2014, 11:02 AM »
Not sure if this belongs here or bug reports

Since applying the new revs for the Flitter plugin I get a whole queue of errors - but only when I enter the general Wedge admin pages.

Examples:

http://.../index.php?action=admin;area=flitter
8: Undefined index: flitter_position_sidebar
File: /home/.../plugins/flitter/Flitter-Admin.php
Line: 33

http://.../index.php?action=admin;area=flitter
8: Undefined index: flitter_position_topic
File: /home/.../plugins/flitter/Flitter-Admin.php
Line: 33

http://.../index.php?action=admin;area=flitter
8: Undefined index: Wedge:Flitter
File: /home/.../plugins/flitter/Flitter-Admin.php
Line: 15

http://.../index.php?action=admin;area=flitter
8: Undefined index: flitter
File: /home/.../plugins/flitter/Flitter-Admin.php
Line: 61

Also, the Flitter admin page looks like the attached file:

The Pub / Git problems
« on March 21st, 2014, 10:44 AM »
I use the Githib for Windows thingy to keep up to date with Wedge. It's been good for a while but for four or five days now, whenever Nao publishes new revisions I get an error:

Failed to sync this branch. You may need to open a shell and debug the state of this repo.

What do I do? How do I fix this? :hmm:

Plugins / Embed tweets
« on March 18th, 2014, 12:04 AM »
This is not a plugin - but it is a request I guess.

If I want to embed a tweet, Twitter gives me the code to place on my website. For example:

Code: [Select]
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Verbs should always agree with nouns. Rules is rules.</p>— Moose Allain (@MooseAllain) <a href="https://twitter.com/MooseAllain/statuses/444912811849056256">March 15, 2014</a></blockquote>
<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

But it doesn't work in wedge...

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Verbs should always agree with nouns. Rules is rules.</p>— Moose Allain (@MooseAllain) <a href="https://twitter.com/MooseAllain/statuses/444912811849056256">March 15, 2014</a></blockquote>
<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

See?

Can anybody figure out a way to embed tweets?

Archived fixes / Exhausted memory?
« on March 1st, 2014, 03:14 PM »
I appreciate some of this might be fixed now (based on dates) but I have these errors over the last two days:

Archived fixes / My latest error...
« on February 25th, 2014, 06:31 PM »
I hate putting these in "bug reports" because I'm not sure they really are bugs (so where should I put them?)

PHP Notice:  Undefined offset: 3 in /.../gz/app/QueryString.php on line 337

Archived fixes / PHP Fatal error
« on February 23rd, 2014, 11:21 PM »
I've been seeing a few of these in my error log today:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to protected method wess::string2color() from context '' in /home/.../gz/app/Class-CSS.php on line 1367

Ideas on cause/cure?

Archived fixes / Subs.php
« on February 19th, 2014, 09:11 PM »
As I was about to FTP the latest files I noticed the error.log file with entries dated today and yesterday. I deleted the log and uploaded the new files and the error.log has been rewritten.

[19-Feb-2014 15:04:59 America/New_York] PHP Notice:  Use of undefined constant SCRIPT - assumed 'SCRIPT' in /home/me/public_html/mydomain/gz/app/Subs.php on line 1107

It's the same error that I previously deleted. Honestly, I have no idea what it means or what (if any) problem it could cause - I haven't noticed any issues!

Anyway, there it is... :)

The Pub / Upgrading... how?
« on February 18th, 2014, 12:05 AM »
With the inclusion of an upgrade tool today, what *exactly* is the correct/recommended upgrade method. Before now I have simply overwritten the updated files.

How now? :hmm:

Plugins / Facebook plugin, language issue?
« on February 14th, 2014, 10:59 AM »
I use UK English by default. If I try to login via the Facebook plugin I produce this error:

http://mydomain/index.php?action=admin;area=facebook
Unable to load the "(Wedge:Facebook) plugin.english-uk" language file.

Any way around this?

Edit: Sorry, just realised this should go in the plugin topic

Archived fixes / The birthdays plugin
« on February 4th, 2014, 02:15 PM »
I have checked "Show upcoming birthdays in the info center?" and "Send emails out to users on their birthday?"

Every day I get this error:

http://mydomain.com/index.php?board=6.0
8: Undefined index: regards_team
File: /home/username/public_html/mydomain/plugins/birthday/Birthday-Scheduled.php
Line: 64

Is this a known issue?
