Yeah, especially downtimes and slowness. A forum I was admin on before it shut down had it installed, but the other administrator deleted Cloudflare in the end, because such issues. After that, the forum ran fast again. I'm really glad I don't use it myself.

Well personally I would disable it, because if many people don't like someone and they are planning to just all press on the report link, they would get him on moderation without he/she did something. :P

They meant that there now is a submenu item in the admin and moderation panel that lets you close the current admin or moderation session. It's like logging out, but for the admin panel and moderation panel only. ;)
