If after the next update of IE11 it still goes wrong I guess you have to deal with it.
Then it's no bug but a permanent change.

Pandos you seem too be running an old version of IE11.
Me and at least some of the others with problems run a newer version.
Edit:
I just deïnstalled KB2976627
Now I am on the version of Pandos and the site looks good.
Conclusion:
Microsoft change some things in IE11 with the last update that causes this.
Sorry Nao for not finding this out earlier and telling is was before the updates of patch Tuesday.
Probably the IE patch came a bit earlier than the rest,

You're the second one reporting it's working with IE11 on Windows 7
I'm having the problem on three different computers running Windows 7 and IE11
So it's almost certain it must be something overhere.
The only thing all my computers have in common is the ESET NOD32 antivirus programm. So on one computer I deïnstalled it, cleaned the register, deleted the Temporary Internet Files and Cookies and started the computer again. No luck, still a distorted look.
As soon as I find more time I'll investigate further.
You mentioned changing language to English.
I will find out how and then try that.

Thanks for your message.
That would mean it's really something on my computers (1 Win 8.1 & 3 Win 7)
I hope I find time tomorrow to do more research on it.

It happens visiting this site, Wedge.org
I have no local install.
Cleared Temporary Internet Files and Cookies multiple times.
Meanwhile I tested with IE11 on Windows 7 and three different computers. It goes wrong on all of them.
Nobody else seeing this?

The last couple of days Wedge.org looks completly broken in IE11 (Windows 8.1). See attachment.
This was also before the updates on patch tuesday 12 aug 2014.
I tried with other themes in Wedge. All kind of settings in IE.
I deleted the Temporary Internet Files. I did reset IE to its default value etc.
So far no luck and I am stuck.
Anybody an idea?

Two finger scroll? I am using that for years on Windows computers.
Works great.

Congratulations to you and your partner.Quote from Nao on April 15th, 2014, 11:49 PM Just a matter of delegation.

You realize it doesn't take more than a day to get started on a baby, right...? :P

No matter what you decide, I thank you for trying to implement something you already had discarded just to satisfy a few members.
If it can't be done in a normal way without to many consequences than it simply can't be done.
It's like you said. It's impossible to make something that pleases everybody.
Please allow one last stupid question on this.
There's already a list with all unread topics, complete with boardnames etc.
What makes it so hard to have a indication per board that the board has unread topics.
I'm not hindered with any knowledge of programming and would think that it's just a matter of looking in that list en put a mark somewhere.
Is that to time consuming, or is it more complicated than I think.

Option 1 is ok.
Option 2 looks very familiar with the orange.
Option 3 is a very nice mix. It's doesn't pop out to much, but enough to be noticeable
My favorites are 2 and 3 with a slight preference for 3.

At first glance it looks good.
I will hold back my definite answer till after seeing it work with more unread post.
That will probably be tomorrow evening.

This is no attack, nor a plea to change your mind.
Just want to tell how I feel about it now.
Without the icons I felt lost.
Now it looks more familiar but I get really confused.
I am a member on several forums. All different software, but with all I am used that the icons indicate unread messages inside.
Two of the most visited sites use SMF and because Wedge resembles the looks of SMF I get confused by the icons.
I can't imaging I am the only one who experience this.
Maybe It would be easier if Wedge looked different. At least very different icons.
