Level up your forum.
For several years, we've been building a new forum platform in PHP 5. Based upon the popular SMF, which we used to develop for (see the FAQ for more), Wedge allows you to create and maintain message boards with a modern twist. Blogs, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, object programming, UTF8, CSS pre-parsing, improved security, drafts, easier theming and modding? Will do! We think that once it's released, you'll agree that Wedge is the best free forum software available.
Read the full feature list. With dozens of new features, including the exclusive Aeva Media gallery system, Wedge puts control back into your hands.
Download it now, stay tuned and subscribe to our blog's RSS feed!

Support > error 500 after server change
All Thoughts...
September 20th, 11:11 AM Actions…Nao » @AdamTheChespin> Well, no bugs so no bug fix commits... And no success, so no new feature commits. That's pretty simple math :) Still, the software still works perfectly, AFAIK. And it was so groundbreaking in some areas that it's still a viable choice for new forums. :)

April 8th, 05:47 PM Actions…Nao » Welcoming Drunken Clam as a global moderator here. He should be able to remove spam whenever he spots any. ;) (I don't visit the site often enough to be able to deal with it on a daily basis.)
December 8th, 2017, 10:40 AM Actions…Nao » @CerealGuy> don't worry, I wouldn't do it if I couldn't afford it. i am a man of few needs. I never shop for anything. and the missus has an actual job too. the baby's fine, his parents... less so ;) ahah.
December 6th, 2017, 02:22 AM Actions…CerealGuy » @Nao> I really appreciate you spending so much time and effort in projects which you don't get a buck out (in the short term). I hope your family still has enough money to have a good life? How's the baby?
December 6th, 2017, 02:16 AM Actions…CerealGuy » @Nao> Caching in wedge is awesome. It's so fast and snappy, it's incredible.
December 3rd, 2017, 11:30 AM Actions…Nao » @Jurien> Perhaps I could do something like, insert a skin option, 'can do night mode', and then I can safely hide/show the night mode button depending on the current skin. I don't know.
December 3rd, 2017, 11:27 AM Actions…Nao » @CerealGuy> And no, I don't think I'll make a living out of LT's but when I feel like it, I'll probably offer some options as premium only, if only to pay for the server (right now I'm hosted by a user on his server, and ideally I should be 100% accountable for it.)
Public area
The Pub

This is the public board, where you can discuss the Wedge project and insult its authors. You can also discuss garlic sausage in here, but really it's not the point.

Documentation

Note: while this can be considered the 'official documentation' for Wedge, it is also unfinished. Let's all be thankful that what's there is there, and hope someone will go forward and offer to help!
